Strategic Plan 2024-2029
During the 2023-2024 school year, East Maine District 63 undertook an in-depth strategic planning process, working closely with Educational Leadership Solutions (ELS) and a core 45-member Strategic Planning Team comprising Board members, District administrators, staff members, parents, and members of the broader community. The Strategic Plan was approved by the Board of Education in 2024.
